Who provides Risk Letters

Risk Letters is provided by Risk Signal, CVR 32849296 (Danish company registration number), Krogebjerg 40, 2720 Vanløse, Denmark.

Send questions about your subscription to support@riskletters.eu.

Paddle is our reseller

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Paddle takes the payment, adds VAT and sends you the invoice. Paddle's own buyer terms also apply to the purchase: paddle.com/legal/buyer-terms. We never see your card number.

What you buy

A subscription gives one user access to Risk Letters: the daily brief Monday to Saturday, the Sunday brief, the dashboard, the archive of earlier briefs and the AI assistant (MCP).

A user is one person with their own login. You may not share your login with others. If there are several of you, buy a seat for each.

You may use the briefs inside your own organisation. To resell or publish them, you need a written agreement with us first.

Price

The subscription costs EUR 29 per user per month or EUR 290 per user per year, plus VAT. Paddle works out the VAT from the country you buy from.

There is no lock-in and no setup fee.

If we change the price, we write to you at least 30 days before. The new price applies from your next period.

Trial

The first 14 days are free. You register your card when you start, and Paddle charges the first amount when the 14 days are over. Before the trial ends, Paddle writes to you about the first payment.

A team can try up to 5 seats for free. If you buy 6 seats or more, you pay from the first day.

Each organisation gets one trial, and the person who pays gets only one.

Payment and renewal

The subscription renews itself every month or every year, and Paddle charges your card.

When a team adds seats, you pay for the new seats from that day and only for the rest of the period. When you remove seats, you pay for the old number until the period ends.

If a payment fails, Paddle tries again, and you keep reading in the meantime. If Paddle gives up, the subscription stops and your access ends.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time under Subscription on the dashboard. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.

Cancel during the trial and you pay nothing.

You do not get money back for a period that has started, apart from your right of withdrawal. It is described in the refund policy.

The content and our liability

The briefs and the dashboard are our assessment of the threat picture, based on public sources. We write them with the help of AI models. They are not advice, and you make your own decisions based on them.

We can be wrong, and a source can be wrong or late. We do not promise that the content is complete or free of errors.

We are not liable for indirect loss, such as lost revenue or lost data. Our total liability is at most the amount you have paid for the last 12 months. The limit does not apply where the law does not allow it, such as in cases of gross negligence.

Your details

What we keep about you is described in our privacy policy.

Changes and governing law

If we change these terms in a significant way, we write to you before the change applies. You can cancel if you do not want to continue on the new terms.

Danish law applies. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection the law of your own country gives you.
