When you can withdraw from your purchase and get your money back, and how to do it.

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Danish Consumer Contracts Act (forbrugeraftaleloven). You do not have to give a reason.
With us the right of withdrawal also applies after the trial. You can withdraw within 14 days of the first payment and get the full amount back, even if you have read the briefs.
An email to support@riskletters.eu is enough. You can also use the standard form at the bottom of this page.
If you cancel in the first 14 days, Paddle charges nothing, and there is nothing to refund.
You do not get money back for a month or a year that has started. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
If you were charged in error, such as twice for the same period or after you cancelled, you get the amount back.
Write to support@riskletters.eu from the email address you bought with, and say that you want to withdraw. You can also ask Paddle for a refund at paddle.net, where you find your purchase with your email address.
Paddle is our reseller and sends the money back to the card or account you paid with. Once the purchase is refunded, the subscription stops and your access ends.
